Beach Beautification and Economic Tree Planting

John has been instrumental in beach beautification efforts aimed at preserving natural landscapes. His dedication to economic tree planting aligns with his vision for environmental sustainability and food security to support a growing population.

Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation

John's work extends to raising awareness about climate change in communities, schools, and colleges. His campaigns on environmental justice have ignited a sense of responsibility among local residents to actively engage in climate action.

National Coordinator for Earth Regenerative Project Sierra Leone

In this role, John oversees and monitors tree planting activities across various project sites. Under his leadership, over twenty thousand economic trees of different varieties have been planted in several communities in Tonkolili District.

Save the Children International

John's role as the Safety and Security Coordinator involved briefing international staff on security matters, updating pre-departure information, and managing safety and security plans. He also reported all security situations to the regional office in Senegal.

Global Engagement

John's commitment to environmental sustainability extends to his involvement in global initiatives. He is an Alumni of the Young African Leaders Initiative and WYSE International Global Change Makers. His designation as an Island Innovation Ambassador and a Certified Climate Reality Leader underscores his dedication to tackling climate challenges on a broader scale.
